What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, company if provided, delivery address and country, project details, and the STP model you upload. When you pay, Stripe processes payment details; we receive payment status and order references, not your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to review feasibility, prepare quotes, coordinate manufacturing and delivery, respond to questions, and maintain order records. Models and delivery details may be shared with production and shipping partners only as needed to quote or fulfill your order.

Where it is stored

Quote records and models are stored with Cloudflare. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your models or contact information.

Retention and requests

We retain quote and order records as needed for operations, legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
