Quote & order terms.

Requests and quotes

Submitting an STP model is a request for review, not an order. We may decline a project. A quote describes the proposed scope, total price, and any production or delivery conditions. No automated price is offered.

Approval and payment

An order begins after you approve the quote and payment is confirmed. Changes to geometry, quantity, material, or destination may require a revised quote. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Models and rights

You confirm that you have the right to submit the model and authorize NanoArc3D and its production partners to use it to quote and fulfill your order. Do not submit prohibited, unlawful, or controlled designs.

Manufacturing and delivery

NanoArc3D manages the order and may use production and shipping partners to manufacture and deliver parts on our behalf. Timing, quality criteria, packaging, and delivery terms are set out in the individual quote. We do not guarantee every material, process, or destination.
