What we print
NanoArc3D turns customer CAD models into finished 3D printed parts. We focus on functional and engineering parts — things that have to fit, hold, mount, or protect something — rather than decorative prints.
How a project works
- Upload your STEP file with the quantity, material preference, destination country, and how the part is used.
- We review it by hand. We check wall thickness, feature size, orientation, and the best material and process for the job.
- You get a written quote by email with the total, scope, and delivery conditions — and a private link to approve it.
- Approve and pay through Stripe Checkout. Nothing is charged before this step.
- We manage production and shipping and keep you updated until the parts arrive.
Why quotes are manual
Instant-quote calculators price a part from its volume and bounding box. They can’t tell that a snap-fit needs a tougher material, that a bracket will be stressed across its layers, or that a thin wall won’t survive printing. Reviewing every file by hand takes a little longer, but you get a quote for a part that will actually work.
Questions
What kinds of parts can you 3D print?+
Prototypes, replacement parts, brackets and mounts, enclosures, jigs and fixtures, and other custom components, as one-offs or small batches. If you have a STEP model, send it for review.
Do you offer instant quotes?+
No. Every request is reviewed by a person, then quoted in writing. Quotes are free and you only pay if you approve.
Which materials are available?+
Commonly PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, nylon, and resin. If you are unsure, choose “Recommend one” and describe how the part will be used.
