What does NanoArc3D do?+
NanoArc3D is a US-based custom 3D printing service. You upload a STEP model, we review it and email a written quote, and after you approve and pay we manage production and shipping.
What file types do you accept?+
STEP (.stp or .step), STL, OBJ, and 3MF files up to 25 MB, one per request. STEP is preferred for engineered parts. If you only have a drawing, email sales@nanoarc3d.com and we will tell you what is possible.
Why do you prefer STEP over STL?+
We accept both, but STEP files keep exact geometry and units, so we can check your part accurately and print it at the right resolution. Read more.
How do I export a STEP file?+
In most CAD programs, use File → Export or Save As and choose STEP. See our export guide for Fusion, SolidWorks, Onshape, Inventor, FreeCAD, Rhino, and Shapr3D.
Which materials can you print?+
Commonly PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, nylon, and resin. Choose “Recommend one” and describe how the part is used, and we will suggest a material. Compare materials.
How is pricing determined?+
We review your model, quantity, material, finish, and delivery requirements, then send a written quote. There is no instant price estimate. What drives cost.
Is the quote free?+
Yes. Requesting a quote is free and there is no obligation.
Do I pay when I submit a file?+
No. Payment happens only after you review a quote and choose to proceed.
How do I pay?+
Each quote includes a private link to pay securely by card through Stripe Checkout. NanoArc3D never sees your full card number.
How long does it take?+
It depends on the part, material, quantity, and destination. Your quote includes the production and delivery conditions before you pay.
What quantities can you make?+
From a single prototype to small batches of identical parts. Enter your quantity on the request form.
Can you ship internationally?+
We accept requests worldwide. Production and shipping availability for your destination are confirmed before a quote is issued.
Is my CAD file kept confidential?+
Uploaded models are stored privately and are available only to our team and the production partners needed for your order. We do not sell or publish your models. See our privacy notice.
How is my order fulfilled?+
NanoArc3D is responsible for your quote, order, and updates. We may use qualified production partners to manufacture and ship parts on our behalf.
Can I send an assembly or several parts?+
Each request accepts one STEP file. For several parts, submit them separately or email sales@nanoarc3d.com to quote them together.
Can you design the part for me?+
We print from customer-supplied 3D models. If you don't have a model yet, you'll need one created in CAD before we can quote.
